The RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond 3-in-1 Waterproofing Membrane offers a unique solution for waterproofing needs.
This partially self-adhesive, heat-weldable EPDM waterproofing membrane is designed to facilitate the permanent dissipation and equalization of pressure, making it particularly well-suited for substrates susceptible to movement or containing residual moisture. As a result, it proves to be an excellent choice for installations in refurbishment projects.
RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond features a construction that includes a glass-reinforced, composite rubber membrane with an EPDM core. Its underside is partially coated with a self-adhesive polymer-modified bitumen, complete with a removable release film. This release film plays a crucial role for the partially self-adhesive RESITRIX® SK Partial Bond, ensuring that the membrane does not adhere to the substrate prematurely, allowing roofers to work with precision and control.

My contractor (Charlie Keep) recommended you to me so I could order the materials online for delivery direct to my home. These were for a project to construct a Garden Storage Area.
