While we take utmost care in handling and delivering our products, occasional damage during transit may occur. To mitigate any potential delays to your project, we recommend ordering an additional 5% to 10% of tiles to account for potential breakages.

For orders of 4 packs or fewer, delivery is conducted via tail lift lorry with offloading done using a manual pump truck for kerbside delivery. Please ensure the presence of a flat concrete surface for unloading, as our pump trucks cannot operate on slopes, grass, soft road surfaces, or gravel roads.

Orders consisting of 5 packs or more are delivered using a crane off-load vehicle, unless access to the delivery address poses challenges. Please be aware that crane offload delivery may not be available for certain areas such as Cornwall and Scotland, subject to haulier availability. In such cases, alternative delivery methods will be arranged, potentially incurring additional transport costs and delays.
