When installed as a taped system, we recommend using Novia Double-Sided Butyl Tape (50mm minimum width) for lap joints and Novia Single-Sided Aluminium Foil Lap Tape (96mm minimum width) on overlaps to ensure a complete gas seal.

Novia Methane Pro 390 Barrier

An advanced gas-resistant membrane designed for protection against methane, radon, carbon dioxide, and damp. This is a higher-grade membrane that meets BS 8485 compliance and is suitable for use in developments requiring gas-resistant construction materials.
