Please Note: While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, some bricks may sustain damage during transit. Hence, it is advisable to account for potential wastage by ordering 5% to 10% more than needed. This precaution should prevent delays in your project even if breakages occur.
Orders of four packs or fewer are transported via tail lift lorries and unloaded using a manual pump truck for curbside delivery. To maneuver bricks with a pump truck, a flat concrete road surface is necessary, as these trucks cannot operate on slopes or soft surfaces like grass or gravel roads.
For orders of five packs or more, delivery is facilitated through a crane off-load vehicle, unless the delivery location poses accessibility challenges. Crane offload delivery may not be available to certain regions such as Cornwall and Scotland, depending on hauliers' availability. In case a crane-mounted lorry is unavailable for an extended period, alternative transport arrangements will be made, potentially incurring additional costs and delivery delays.
