Please Note: While every effort is made to ensure secure delivery, minor damage to some bricks might occur during transportation. Hence, it is recommended to anticipate some wastage by ordering 5% to 10% more bricks than needed. This precaution should prevent project delays even in the event of breakages.
Orders comprising four packs or fewer are transported via tail lift lorries and unloaded using manual pump trucks for curbside delivery. A flat concrete road surface is required for unloading and transporting bricks with a pump truck, as these vehicles cannot operate on slopes or soft surfaces such as grass or gravel roads.
For orders exceeding five packs, delivery is facilitated through crane off-load vehicles, unless accessibility to the delivery address poses challenges. Crane offload delivery cannot be guaranteed for certain regions like Cornwall and Scotland, depending on hauliers' availability. In instances where a crane-mounted lorry is unavailable for an extended period, alternative transportation arrangements will be made, potentially incurring additional costs and delivery delays.
Important Notice About Brick Purchases
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, there may be instances of brick damage during transit. It is therefore recommended to anticipate some loss by ordering an additional 5-10% above your requirements. This precautionary measure will help prevent project delays in case of breakages.
The customer must ensure sufficient access for delivery and inform of any constraints. Additional charges apply for failed deliveries due to access issues, necessitating redelivery or redirection.
Delivery is non-refundable and collection/return of each pack is subject to a minimum of £95.00 +VAT charge plus a re-stocking charge.

Delivery Notice
