Please Note: While we take utmost care in delivery, some bricks may experience damage during transit. Therefore, it's advisable to allow for 5% to 10% wastage by ordering extra bricks to prevent any project delays.

For orders of 4 packs or fewer, delivery is via tail lift lorries, unloaded using a manual pump truck for kerbside delivery. Please note that unloading and moving bricks with a pump truck requires a flat concrete road surface. These lorries cannot unload on slopes, and the pump truck cannot operate on grass, soft surfaces, or gravel roads.

For orders of 5 packs or more, delivery is facilitated by a crane off-load vehicle, unless access to the delivery address presents challenges. Please note that crane offload delivery may not be available to Cornwall and Scotland and depends on hauliers' availability. In the absence of a crane-mounted lorry, alternative transportation arrangements will be made, potentially incurring additional costs and delivery delays.
