• Deliveries of four packs or fewer are handled via tail lift lorry and unloaded using a manual pump truck for kerbside delivery. A flat concrete road surface is necessary for unloading and moving bricks, as these vehicles cannot operate on slopes, grass, soft road surfaces, or gravel roads.
• For orders of five packs or more, a crane off-load vehicle is utilized unless access to the delivery address is particularly challenging. Crane offload delivery to certain regions is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If a crane-mounted lorry is unavailable for an extended period, alternative arrangements may be made, potentially incurring additional costs and delays.
