• Orders of five packs or more are typically delivered via a crane off-load vehicle, except for locations with challenging access. Delivery to regions like Cornwall and Scotland via crane offload depends on hauliers' availability and cannot be guaranteed. If a crane-mounted lorry is unavailable for an extended period, alternative transportation may be arranged, incurring additional costs and delays.
