Important Notes: Although every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, occasional brick breakage during transit may occur. To mitigate potential setbacks, it's recommended to anticipate some wastage by ordering 5% to 10% more than needed. This precautionary measure should help maintain project timelines even in the event of breakages.
For orders comprising 4 packs or less, delivery is executed via a tail lift lorry, utilizing a manual pump truck for kerbside placement. Please be aware that maneuvering bricks using a pump truck necessitates a flat concrete surface, as sloped terrain or soft surfaces like grass or gravel are unsuitable.
Orders exceeding 5 packs are transported via crane off-load vehicles, except in cases where accessibility to the delivery location presents challenges. Notably, crane offload delivery isn't guaranteed for regions such as Cornwall and Scotland, contingent upon haulier availability. In instances where crane-mounted lorries are unavailable for an extended period, alternate vehicle arrangements will be made, potentially incurring additional transport fees and delivery delays.
Important Notice About Brick Purchases
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, there may be instances of brick damage during transit. It is therefore recommended to anticipate some loss by ordering an additional 5-10% above your requirements. This precautionary measure will help prevent project delays in case of breakages.
The customer must ensure sufficient access for delivery and inform of any constraints. Additional charges apply for failed deliveries due to access issues, necessitating redelivery or redirection.
Delivery is non-refundable and collection/return of each pack is subject to a minimum of £95.00 +VAT charge plus a re-stocking charge.

Delivery Notice
