Description

Novia VariCheck FR is a flame-resistant, variable vapour check barrier designed for use as an internal air and vapour control layer in insulated wall, roof, and floor applications. Meeting BS EN 13984 standards and CE approval requirements, it provides a cost-effective fire-rated solution for both standard and high-rise constructions where a vapour check membrane is necessary.

This membrane complies with EN 13501-1 Fire Classification B-s1, d0, making it suitable for high-rise applications under the relevant sections of Fire Safety: Approved Document B. It offers a unique variable vapour resistance, with an Sd value ranging from 0.4m to 3.2m. This allows it to adapt to seasonal changes in humidity, becoming less permeable in colder months and more permeable in warmer conditions.

I ordered a metal pergola with retracting sun screen. From looking up this item I found that this company had the right specifications of what I required. Delivery was very quick & within time frame specified. Communication throughout was excellent. It took a couple of weeks before we got around to erecting it. All the parts were labelled very well. The instructions given were very descriptive & simple to follow. All in all I am very pleased with this pergola it was a good price too.
