Answer: The lid of this water butt is not lockable, but it does require some effort to remove.
Question: What is the height of the water butt without the stand?
Answer: The height of just the water butt is 121cm.
Question: Is it possible to connect two or more of these water butts together? Do I need special connectors?
Answer: You can link multiple water butts using our linking kit.
Question: Can I replace the tap to connect a Gardena hose connector?
Answer: While we don't have a specific recommendation for a Gardena hose connector, this tap is compatible with a hoselock fitting.
Question: What type of plastic is used for the water butt, and is it recycled?
Answer: The water butt is made from reprocessed HDPE and is 100% recycled, manufactured in the UK.
Question: How do I fix the tap if it's predrilled but seems closed?

Question: Are there any pre-drilled holes in the lid for a downpipe?
Answer: There are no pre-drilled holes in the lid. The size of the drill bit you'll need depends on the diameter of your downpipe.
Question: At what height is the diverter inlet hole located?
Answer: The height of the diverter inlet hole, including the stand, is approximately 114cm.
Question: Do you have water butts that fit a square downpipe measuring 10 inches around?
Answer: For a square downpipe of approximately 80mm diameter, please reconfirm the measurement and email us at info@tradewarehouse.co.uk so we can discuss the suitable size of the diverter and water butt options.
Question: How many predrilled holes are there for the tap and hose inlet? Can the hose inlet be on the left side?
Answer: This water butt has two pre-drilled holes on either side, allowing you to install the diverter on either the left or right side. There is also a pre-drilled threaded hole for the tap.

Garden Storage
My contractor (Charlie Keep) recommended you to me so I could order the materials online for delivery direct to my home. These were for a project to construct a Garden Storage Area. The materials were perfect and the whole process was simple and slick with materials delivered on time and very well packaged.
