Finishes & fast availability

For projects that need to move quickly, textured black beaded deepflow cast aluminium gutters are available on a next working day delivery basis. That makes this profile a realistic option even on tight programmes, rather than something reserved only for long-lead heritage work.

Other finishes are available, including:

  • Mill finish (uncoated) for on-site painting
  • Polyester powder-coated finishes in standard BS or RAL colours

This flexibility allows the system to suit both traditional colour schemes and more bespoke specifications.

Installation & system details

This is a socketed gutter system, using a male and female end that interlock to form the joint. A watertight seal is created with a low modulus sealant, and the joint is secured using a nut and bolt located in the sole of the gutter.

Additional practical points worth noting:

  • True or facetted radius gutters are available
  • Compatible with matching cast aluminium downpipes and fittings
  • Designed to integrate with heritage-style rainwater layouts

Handling guidance is straightforward but important — powder-coated components should be stored carefully to avoid damage before installation, and mill finish products should be kept undercover to prevent uneven oxidation prior to fitting.
