The Hargreaves TX4001A 100mm Cast Iron Push-Fit Soil Pipe (1.8m) is a high-performance drainage solution designed to combine the traditional strength of cast iron with modern, time-saving installation.
Part of the Hargreaves Traditional Express (TX) system, this pipe features a push-fit connection with EPDM rubber sealing rings—eliminating the need for caulking or sealing. This significantly reduces installation time while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant joint.
Manufactured from robust cast iron and factory-coated with a durable black gloss finish, the TX system delivers long-term reliability for both internal and external soil and waste applications. An internal epoxy coating provides additional protection, ensuring smooth flow and resistance to corrosion over time.
Ideal for contractors and specifiers, this system offers a “fit-and-forget” solution with a lifespan exceeding 100 years when correctly installed—making it a cost-effective choice over the lifetime of a building.
