Description
The Zambelli 100mm Natural Zinc Downpipe Loose Connector is designed to join two plain-ended 100mm downpipe lengths where neither section has an integrated socket.
It creates a neat connecting sleeve between the two pipes, allowing the downpipe run to continue without having to expand or form the pipe ends on site.
Why This 100mm Downpipe Connector Works So Well
-
Designed for 100mm Zambelli downpipes
Purpose-made to connect compatible Zambelli Natural Zinc 100mm rainwater pipes. -
Joins two plain-ended pipe lengths
Ideal where two sections of downpipe need connecting but neither has a formed socket. -
No pipe-end expanding required
The loose connector provides the joint itself, helping make installation quicker and more straightforward. -
Useful for longer vertical runs
Allows additional 3m downpipe lengths to be connected neatly where more height is required. -
Purpose-made Zambelli fitting
Using the correct system connector helps create a cleaner fit and more professional installation. -
Matching natural zinc finish
Keeps the joint visually consistent with the surrounding downpipes and fittings. -
Develops a natural protective patina
The brighter metallic zinc gradually weathers to the softer grey appearance associated with natural zinc. -
Low-maintenance and fully recyclable
No decorative painting is required, and the zinc can be recycled at the end of its service life.
When Do I Need a Loose Connector?
Use a loose connector where two 100mm downpipe lengths need joining and both pipe ends are plain.
The connector effectively creates the socket between the two lengths, allowing the vertical downpipe run to continue without modifying the pipe ends.

Help with my new garage roof!
Trade Warehouse could not have been more helpful. They very patiently guided a roofing newbie through all of the stuff I would need to do the job and provided helpful tips along the way. It's rare to find a company offering such a fantastic level of customer service as standard. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Garden Storage
My contractor (Charlie Keep) recommended you to me so I could order the materials online for delivery direct to my home. These were for a project to construct a Garden Storage Area. The materials were perfect and the whole process was simple and slick with materials delivered on time and very well packaged. Charlie has since completed the project & I am very happy with the outcome.
