How To Install This System
Installation of Gutters and Downpipes
- Attach concealed brackets to gutters every 400mm and secure by folding in tabs.
- Use two brackets for each running outlet.
- Apply the adhesive on clean, dry gutter joints.
- Connect gutter sections by sliding and twisting.
- Fasten bracket/gutter assemblies to the support structure.
- Ensure gutter integrates with roofing underlay.
Half Round Rainwater System: Downpipes
- Securely fix using v-locks and self-locking brackets, with at least 3 brackets per pipe.
- Add supports at junctions and directional changes.
- Progressively tighten fixings, ensuring each pipe length is self-supporting.
- Join downpipe sections with a push-fit method, no adhesive, for thermal movement adaptation.
