Supplied in 5 metre lengths, the square-leg profile gives both modern and traditional properties a neat, uncomplicated finish. It is available in a strong range of stocked colours and woodgrain effects, making it easy to match existing windows, soffits, guttering and other exterior details.

Full Replacement Fascia, Not a Cover Board
This 18mm Magnum fascia is intended for a full replacement installation. Where existing timber fascia is badly deteriorated or being removed as part of a roofline renovation, the new board can be fitted as the primary fascia rather than using a thinner cap-over board.
If the existing timber is still sound and you are looking to cover it rather than remove it, a dedicated fascia cover board may be the more suitable option.
