Full Replacement Fascia, Not a Cover Board
This 18mm Freefoam Magnum board is intended for full fascia replacement. Where the old fascia is damaged, unsuitable or being removed as part of a complete roofline refurbishment, the Magnum board becomes the main new fascia.
If the existing timber fascia is structurally sound and you simply want to cover it with uPVC, a thinner fascia capping or cover board would normally be the more appropriate product.
Low-Maintenance Alternative to Timber
Traditional timber fascia needs periodic preparation, treatment and repainting. Freefoam uPVC fascia removes much of that ongoing maintenance, with occasional cleaning normally sufficient to keep the roof edge looking smart.
