The Freefoam 400mm Magnum Square Leg uPVC Fascia Board is an extra-deep 18mm full replacement fascia for rooflines where standard board widths simply do not provide enough coverage. Supplied in long 5 metre lengths, it is particularly well suited to larger properties, deep eaves, extensions and more substantial roof refurbishment projects.
Despite its generous 400mm depth, the clean square-leg profile keeps the finished roofline looking sharp and uncomplicated. A wide choice of stocked Freefoam colours and woodgrain finishes also makes it much easier to coordinate the fascia with windows, doors, soffits and guttering.

This 18mm Magnum fascia is intended for full fascia replacement. It is designed to form the new primary fascia where existing boards are being removed as part of a roofline renovation.
If the existing timber fascia remains sound and only needs covering, a thinner uPVC fascia cover board or capping board would normally be the more appropriate product.
Low-Maintenance Alternative to Timber
