The Freefoam Magnum Flat uPVC Fascia Board is a 16mm full replacement fascia designed for clean, flush roofline details where a traditional square-leg or decorative fascia profile is not required. With its simple flat face and no lower return, it is particularly useful for exposed-rafter roofs, low roof projections and other applications where a straight fascia edge gives the neatest finish.
Supplied in 5 metre lengths and stocked in White across seven widths, this is a proper replacement fascia rather than a thin capping board. It is suitable for new-build and refurbishment projects where the existing fascia is being removed and replaced.

What Is Flat Fascia Used For?
Unlike square-leg fascia, the Flat Fascia profile does not have a projecting return along the lower edge. This makes it useful where the roofline needs a straight, uncomplicated face rather than a deeper moulded profile.

If the existing timber fascia is still sound and you simply want to cover it with uPVC, a thinner Freefoam fascia cover board or capping board would normally be the more appropriate option.
Choosing the Correct Width
Measure the vertical depth required by the roof construction before ordering. The correct fascia width depends on the position of the rafter ends, roof covering, gutter line and any soffit detail being used.
The narrower 100mm and 125mm boards are useful for compact or specialist roofline details, while the 200mm, 250mm and 300mm options provide greater coverage where a deeper fascia face is required.
