Description

Novia AirSeal 310 FR is a high tack, halogen-free sealant designed for air and vapour control layer applications. This polymer emulsion-based cartridge sealant is easy to apply and dries to a flexible, smooth-surfaced finish, providing excellent movement capability in fire-rated linear joint and penetration seals. It is over-paintable after curing, ensuring a seamless aesthetic finish without colour clashes.

Tested against various external standards, this sealant offers excellent adhesion to multiple substrates and remains flexible without hardening or cracking over time. It is particularly effective in sealing joints up to 35mm wide, forming a fire and smoke seal without slumping.

Delivery was very quick & within time frame specified. Communication throughout was excellent. It took a couple of weeks before we got around to erecting it. All the parts were labelled very well.
