Description

Novia FR Fire-Rated Breather Membrane is a high-performance solution designed for use in both wall and roof applications. Suitable for pitched cold and warm roofs as well as insulated walls over 18m in height, this membrane provides superior fire resistance while maintaining excellent breathability.

When installed on A1/A2 materials, it achieves a B-s1, d0 fire rating, while on wood materials, it is rated D-s2, d0. It is lightweight and easy to install, making it an efficient choice for modern construction projects. With W1 water resistance as tested under EN 1928, it offers exceptional protection against moisture while ensuring proper ventilation within the building envelope.

Delivery was very quick & within time frame specified. Communication throughout was excellent. It took a couple of weeks before we got around to erecting it. All the parts were labelled very well.
