Built for demanding applications, Körapop 235 is a tough, long-lasting adhesive and sealant that combines powerful bonding strength with lasting flexibility. Designed to perform in challenging environments, it delivers reliable adhesion while standing up to moisture, weather exposure, and the effects of time.

This solvent-free formula is resistant to UV rays, ageing, and harsh outdoor conditions, making it ideal for both interior and exterior use. Its non-slump consistency ensures clean, controlled application, while the paintable finish allows for seamless integration into your project.

In most cases, Körapop 235 can be applied without primer, helping to speed up installation and simplify workflow.

Application Guidelines

For best results, ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or contaminants. When working with plastics or coated finishes, compatibility testing is advised before full application.

  • Minimum recommended layer thickness: 2mm

  • Application temperature range: +5°C to +30°C

  • Apply using a standard sealant gun
