STORMfix Hygienic Cladding Hybrid Sealant/Adhesive
Ideal for Use In:

  • Hygienic cladding systems such as BLIZZARD, STORMbrite, and STORMclad

  • Various internal applications

  • Bonding a wide range of construction materials

Technical Specifications:

  • Consistency: Pasty

  • Density: 1.50 ± 0.05

  • Application Temperature Range: 5°C to 35°C

  • Skin Formation Time (at 23°C, 50% RH): 30 ± 10 minutes

  • Sagging (ISO 7390): None

  • Cure Rate (at 23°C, 50% RH): > 3mm / 24 hours

  • Shore A Hardness (ISO 868, after 3 seconds): 55–60

  • Modulus at 100% Elongation (ISO 8339): > 0.60 MPa

  • Elongation at Break (ISO 8339): > 60%

  • Tensile Strength (ISO 8339): > 1.5 MPa

  • Shrinkage (ISO 10563): < 2%

  • UV Resistance: Excellent

  • Paint Compatibility:

    • Water-based paints: Compatible (testing recommended)

    • Solvent-based paints (alkyd): Not compatible

  • Temperature Resistance: -40°C to +150°C

  • Coverage: Approximately 10 linear meters per 300ml cartridge (6mm bead)

I ordered a metal pergola with retracting sun screen. From looking up this item I found that this company had the right specifications of what I required. Delivery was very quick & within time frame specified. Communication throughout was excellent. It took a couple of weeks before we got around to erecting it. All the parts were labelled very well. The instructions given were very descriptive & simple to follow. All in all I am very pleased with this pergola it was a good price too.
