Installation Guidance

Bracket Placement:

• Fit on Britannia cast iron gutter brackets spaced at 915mm centres.
• Additional brackets are required for all running outlets and angles, positioned no further than 300mm from each joint.

Bracket Options:

• Choose from Rafter Top-Fix, Side-Fix, or Rise and Fall brackets, installed on rafter ends at a maximum of 915mm spacing.

Direct Fix Installation:

• Secure gutters via pre-drilled holes at 915mm centres using M5x25mm stainless steel countersunk screws, suitable for your substrate.
• Outlets and angles are fastened with two pre-drilled rear holes using M5x25mm stainless steel countersunk screws.

Key Installation Notes:

• Leave expansion gaps of 3-4mm within sockets to accommodate thermal movement.
• Use a Britannia gutter jointing kit or apply two beads of Dow Corning 791 Sealant into the gutter sockets, securing with M6x25mm bolts, neoprene washers, and nuts.
