Home-grown cedar is naturally rot-resistant, insect-resistant, and lightweight, making it an excellent choice for exterior applications such as garden buildings, sheds, summerhouses, and roof battens. Its warm reddish-brown tones gradually weather to a silvery-grey, giving a timeless, characterful appearance with minimal maintenance.
Machined in-house for accuracy and consistency, these boards are supplied planed smooth on all faces, ready for easy installation and finishing. For those wishing to preserve the original colour, a UV-protective oil or Osmo finish is recommended.
